Novaxx successfully appealed his detention by the Australian immigration authorities on the grounds of a procedural technicality.  His freedom was fleeting and his visa was revoked again.  This time his appeal was unsuccessful and three judges double faulted him on the 16^th, declaring him out of bounds.
