I like my chicken strips nuggety so I brown them but you just really need to make sure that they are cooked.
I use half a bottle of sauce to a tin of coconut cream.
By the way, the chicken was seasoned raw with salt, pepper and a chicken seasoning we get from PnP. I put it in a Tupperware bowl, stick the lid on and shake it up.
